1.3. Legal basis of data processing

The data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b of the DSGVO (contract initiation and fulfilment). In order to process your order to your complete satisfaction, we need your data.

In addition, data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit f of the DSGVO (legitimate interest in marketing and advertising) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent). We would like to inform you as interested parties about our services and projects in an up-to-date and targeted manner.

1.4. Purpose and type of processing

Personal data (data of natural persons such as names, addresses, bank details, photos, e-mail addresses, IP addresses, etc.) are only used when this is necessary for the performance of our business activities (business-related processing). The processing of this data is only permitted in certain cases, in particular for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for the performance of a contract, or - if these cases do not exist - on the basis of consent. The following data are processed:

  • Inventory data (e.g., names, addresses).
  • Contact data (e.g., e-mail, telephone numbers).

1.5. Your rights

You generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in another way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

1.6. Data deletion

Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required. If data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing is restricted. I.e. the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for legal reasons.

1.7. Cooperation with processors and third parties

If, in the course of our processing, we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transmit it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of a legal permission (e.g. if a transmission of the data to third parties, such as to payment service providers, is necessary for the performance of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO), you have consented, a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests.

1.8. Cookies

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. This enables us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.

1.9. Web analysis

In order to be able to statistically evaluate our site, we use the programme AWStats. The programme is a free web analysis software. It is used to evaluate log files that web servers create based on visitor requests. The programme does not use cookie files for the evaluation. The statistical analysis is carried out via the log files, which also contain IP addresses. As a rule, this data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources, and the data is deleted after a statistical evaluation.
